Community threads get deleted and re-ranked — corroborate anything material with primary sources below. One third-party write-up of a public thread (Art of Healthy Living, Jul 2026) summarized the most consistently reported user-perceived benefit as sleep — “Users who stuck with the sauna for 2-3 weeks reported falling asleep faster, staying asleep longer, and waking up more refreshed.”^[4] Treat that as self-reported testimony from a small sample of users, not clinical evidence.
